The outdoor spaces are spread across a series of terraces, each with their own spectacular views down the valley towards the Aegean Sea.

The pool sits on one of the upper terraces, accessed via lockable gates. Above the pool, beneath a pergola, you'll find a fully equipped outdoor kitchen including a gas BBQ, hob, large fridge and dishwasher. Next to the kitchen you’ll find a large dining table seating up to 14 guests, and comfortable sofas for relaxing in the shade or enjoying evening drinks. There's also a loo on this level.

On a lower terrace beside the main house, an outdoor bath and shower are set within the restored ruins of an old pig shed — a unique spot to rinse off after the beach or soak in the bath while taking in the views.

Just outside the main house kitchen is a smaller outdoor dining area beneath the bougainvillea, perfect for breakfast or a quieter meal that happily seats 8+.

Even when the house is full, there are plenty of peaceful corners, shaded seating areas and hammocks where you can unwind. Make sure to enjoy the indigenous and aromatic plants and herbs that sit amongst olive, lemon and fig tress across the property.
