Noteworthy:

• Please be advised, enquiries are not confirmed bookings.

• Minimum stay 5 nights.

• Please let us know in advance if you are planning to bring pets.

• If you have any special requirements please let us know and we will do our very best to support.

• The house and pool area are set across a series of terraces and unfortunately isn’t suitable for those with mobility issues.

• The house is child friendly, and the pool is on a separate terrace accessed by lockable gates. However, the master suite has direct access to the pool - beyond the gates, so we advise no young children stay in that room.

• The price includes a weekly clean, and availability of the House Manager in case of any problems. A linen change during your stay can be arranged upon request.

• The tap water is safe to cook with, but you’ll need to buy bottled water for drinking (there will be a supply left for your first few days). You can refill your bottles and collect drinking water free of charge from the Gavrio pump opposite the bakery or the natural spring in Ano Fellos village.

• The house is up in the hills, and there are therefore no shops or cafés in the immediate vicinity apart from our local taverna (4 minute drive). The closest shops are a 10 minute drive away in Gavrio.

• Mobile phone reception at the house is limited, but there is Starlink Wi-Fi throughout.

• No parties or events allowed. We are happy for you to have friends over for a meal, but gatherings of more than 18 people (including guests staying in the house) are only permitted with written permission of the owner.
